BVI BUSINESS COMPANIES: NEW REGISTRY FEES FROM 1 JANUARY 2018 As communicated previously, please be advised that the Government of the BVI has confirmed the increase of its registry fees. The new fees will come into effect on 1 January 2018 . The increased fees and penalties will apply to certain services including the following areas: · Company Incorporations and Renewals · Changes of Registered Agent and Registered Office · Registration of Charges · Penalties for the late payment of annual fees The annual government license fee for companies will increase by US$100 to US$450 (for companies authorized to issue no more than 50,000 shares) and US$1,200 (for companies authorized to issue more than 50,000 shares) respectively. (Click here for the "BVI Business Companies Act (Amendment of Schedule 1) (No.3) Order, 2016") REVISION OF REGISTERED AGENT FEE Please also be notified that the registered agents will be revising their fee for provision of annual registered agent services. With effect from 1 January 2018, the registered agents will be increasing their registered agent fee for BVI companies by US$30.00. SUBSEQUENT CHANGE OF COMPANY STRUCTURE – KYC REVIEW FEE We also take this opportunity to notify you that the due diligence document review fee (KYC review fee) for subsequent change of company structure will be applied with effect from 1 January, 2018.
